Rather than another thing to do, this is a space to be—with yourself, with others, and with the deep well of presence always available.
Each 30-minute gathering includes:
✔ Arrival practice – Transition into stillness and presence
✔ Check-in – Time to share where we are at
✔ A short teaching or prompt – Inspire reflection and self-inquiry
✔ Sharing & listening – A safe space to express and witness
✔ Closing intention – Bring the Sanctuary into the rest of your day
